Fundraising - Spring 2008

The fun and festivities of the spring season are fast approaching.

School athletic teams, clubs, church groups, and civic organizations have long availed themselves to
Clover’s Garden Center and its expertise in fundraising.

This season we invite you to take part in one of the easiest fundraising efforts available.

The entire event will take place at the Clover’s Garden Center coming to your neighborhood this spring.

It’s as easy as 1-2-3. Here’s how the program works:

1. You pass out unlimited copies of our flyer (word .doc file - click here) / (.html file - click here) stating that 15% of any purchase using the flyer (less sales tax) will be donated to your group/team. Then you PROMOTE, PROMOTE, PROMOTE the sale by having your group spread the word about your fundraiser and distribute our flyers far and wide.

2. With the flyer in hand, individuals can shop at any of the Clover’s Garden Centers on dates agreed upon. Your shoppers will enjoy a huge selection of our colorful spring flowers and vegetables, along with our fun assortment of gardening needs. Shoppers will receive a Clover’s receipt for their purchases as well as their portion of the flyer stating how much they spent. Shoppers may then return their portion of the flyer to your fundraising committee so that you may keep track of how much your group has earned.

3. As soon as the sale is complete, Clover’s will calculate the money you’ve raised, making sure it agrees with your figures. Clover’s will then write a check payable to your team/group for the total amount raised.

This fundraiser is simple & much less time consuming than other fundraising efforts which often require: specific orders, money collected in advance, a large volunteer force for product delivery & pick-up, troubleshooting problems with products or unsatisfied buyers, and dealing with buyers who do not pick up their goods in timely manner.

Except for heavy event promotion, your efforts are few. With the fantastic quality, variety, and satisfaction guarantee of Clover’s Spring and fall product line, your shoppers will leave our store happy and with everything they need. Your focus group is most likely buying these products anyway! Your group might as well benefit from their purchases. It is truly a win-win method of fundraising!

We look forward to working with you this springl! For further details, please complete the fundraiser organization application (word .doc file - click here) / (.html file - click here) or contact:
